ORAL ORDER

Petitioners are before this Court seeking for the following

reliefs:

(a) Issue a writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, to set aside the Impugned Order dated 08/06/2026 passed by the Respondent No.1 in Complaint bearing No.CMP/1496/2026 vide Annexure-A;

(b) Consequently, issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to dismiss the complaint filed by the Respondent No.2 before the Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Bench 5) by allowing the Applications filed by the petitioners in Complaint bearing No.CMP/1496/2026; (Annexure-A);

(c) In alternative to the prayer (b) issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to the Respondent No.1 to consider the Applications along with objections filed by the Petitioners Complaint bearing No.CMP/1496/2026 vide Annexure-K, L & M.

(d) Grant any other relief that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interests of justice and equity.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a memo, seeking permission of the Court to dismiss the writ petition as having become infructuous. The said memo reads as follows:

"The counsel for the Petitioners herein most humbly submits as follows:

That the Petitioners have filed the present petition assailing the Impugned Order dated 08/06/2026 passed by the Respondent No.1 in Complaint bearing No.CMP/1946/2026 vide Annexure-A. However, the Respondent No.1 herein has already passed final order in the aforesaid complaint, as such, the present petition does not survive for consideration.

In view of the same, the present petition may be disposed of as having become infructuous, in the interest of justice and equity."
