The present writ petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, has been filed impugning the order dated 15.12.2025 passed by the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission¹ , at New Delhi in NC/RP/901/2025 along with other IA's on stay, condonation of delay and exemption from filing copies of DIM documents.

The NCDRC vide impugned order has condoned the delay of 223 days in filing the revision petition for the reasons stated in the order. The petitioner who is respondent before the NCDRC has come before this Court

in the present writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for being aggrieved by the said order.

order, an interim relief has also been granted by securing the entire decretal amount as awarded by the District

We have gone through the impugned order passed by the NCDRC, the impugned order is neither beyond the jurisdiction of the NCDRC nor illegal nor in violation of any provisions of the law.
