2. Even today, when the matter is called on two occasions, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent is present.

Referring to the reliefs sought in the petition, learned counsel for the respondent submits that Relief No.1 has become infructuous and with regard to the rest of reliefs, he submits that a suit in O.S No. 5278/2021 has been filed by the petitioner seeking substantial relief which is pending consideration. As such, the present petition seeking parallel relief cannot be maintained and entertained.

6. On payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- payable to the Karnataka Legal Services Authority, list this matter on 02.02.2026 for the say of the petitioner if any, failing which appropriate orders will be passed.”
