“The petitioner most respectfully submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the respondent-University has substantially redressed the grievance of the petitioner by issuing the academic documents sought by the petitioners, which are (1) Provisional Decree Certificate (2) Migration Certificate.

In view of the subsequent developments, the petitioner does not wish to present the present writ petition further.

Hence, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to permit the petitioner to withdraw the above writ petition as not pressed, in the interest of justice and equity.”
