The learned AGA accepts notice for respondents.

2. The grievance of the petitioner, in this petition,

is to consider the representation produced as at Annexure-

F to the writ petition, which has not been done till date.

3. Having taken note of the averments made in the aforementioned representation, it is stated that the land in question has been granted in favour of the petitioner. However, khatha has not been made in favour of the petitioner. In that view of the matter, Respondent No.1 is directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner herein, after verifying the original records to ascertain whether the land has been granted in favour of the petitioner or not. Thereafter, Respondent No.1 is directed to take decision in the matter within four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
