The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:

a. Issue a writ of mandamus/any other writ/orders in the facts and circumstances of the case to restrain the respondent No.5 from putting up construction in the disputed site (Annexure-D), in the interest of justice and equity.

The petition was initially filed by the Petitioner represented by Sri.M.Ramakrishna, learned advocate. Subsequently, Sri.Harikrishna Holla, learned counsel

had entered appearance for the petitioner.

Thereafter, on his expiry, a memo of retirement has been filed on 20.09.2024, enclosing the postal track record as regards the dispatch and service of retirement memo. Hence, the memo of retirement is accepted.

Sri.B.E.Shreedhar, learned counsel has entered appearance for respondent no.5. Hence, no further order is required to be passed in relation thereto.
