This writ petition is directed against interim order dated 20.05.2026 in Application No.2602/2026 passed by

the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal, Bengaluru directing the parties to maintain status quo as on 20.05.2026.

Heard learned counsel Sri.Prithveesh M K for the petitioner, learned AGA Sri.K R Rajendra for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and learned counsel Sri.H V Harish for respondent No.5.

Learned counsel Sri.Prithveesh M K though urged several contentions, finally submitted that the matter is directed to be listed on 22.06.2026 before the Tribunal and prays that a direction be issued to the Tribunal to dispose of the application on the said date.

Learned AGA Sri.Rajendra would submit that the respondent No.1 would file positively the statement of objections by next date i.e., on 22.06.2026 and also learned counsel Sri.H V Harish appearing for respondent No.5 would also undertake to file objections before the Tribunal by the next date of hearing.
