In this petition, petitioner seeks the following reliefs:

“(a) Issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction, quashing the impugned ex-parte order of temporary injunction dated 31-10-2025 passed by the Hon’ble VIII Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bangalore (CCH-15) in O.S.No.7610/2025, produced as Annexure-A.

(b) Pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.”

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 and perused the material on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the Trial Court passing the impugned order dated 31.10.2025 granting ad interim ex-parte order of temporary injunction against the petitioner-defendant No.1, the petitionerdefendant No.1 has entered appearance on 18.11.2025 and filed objections along with the written statement and had filed objections to I.A.No.1 despite which, the Trial Court has not passed

appropriate orders on merits on I.A.No.1 and the matter stands adjourned to 04.02.2026 and as such, the present petition may be disposed of directing the Trial Court to pass appropriate orders on I.A.No.1 for temporary injunction within a stipulated time frame.

The said submission is placed on record.

Accordingly, the Trial Court, before whom of I.A.No.1

filed in O.S.No.7610/2025 is pending and the matter stands adjourned to 04.02.2026, is directed to dispose of the application – I.A.No.1, on merits, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three weeks from 04.02.2026.

All rival contentions on all aspects of the matter are kept/left open and no opinion is expressed on merits/demerits of the rival contentions.

The parties are directed to co-operate with the Trial Court for expeditious disposal of the application.

Subject to the aforesaid directions, the petition stands disposed of.
