"WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully and humbly prayed before this Hon'ble Court please to quash entire proceedings in СС по. 120/2025 arising out of Crime no. 84/1991 Akkur Police Station, at Annexure-D, now pending before the SENIOR CIVIL JUDGE AND JMFC COURT AT CHANNAPATΝΑΝ RAMANAGARA DIST, for the alleged offences punishable under section 379 of IPC and Section 86 and 87 of the Karnataka Forest Act, 1963, petitioner wrongly arrested being alien to the case, and shown as accused no.3, in the interest of justice and equity."
