The petitioner, who has a dispute over an immovable property with her brothers and other family members, has filed this petition for directions to the Police Inspector, Lingasugur Police Station, Raichur District to register First Information Report based on a complaint allegedly lodged by her. When queried on the efficacy of filing this petition before this Bench, Sri. Danappa P. Panibhate, the learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to file another petition with the Kalaburagi Bench of this Court.

The petition stands disposed of but with liberty as aforesaid in the event there is any cause subsequent to this date.
