respondent to consider their representation dated 27.02.2026 [ Annexure-D ]. This representation is addressed by e-mail. Sri Siji Malayil, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that this Court may direct the authorities to consider this representation and issue e-Khata. Sri Bopanna Belliappa, the learned Additional Government Advocate who accepts notice for the first respondent, is heard.

This Court finds that if the petitioners are keen on securing e-Khata for their property, they must first apply as required in terms of the module evolved by the authorities and invoke this Court's jurisdiction only when such duly filed application is not considered. As it is obvious that the petitioners have not filed such application, this petition must be disposed of with liberty to them to make their application in the module evolved by the authorities
