In this writ petition, the petitioner is challenging the Auction Notice dated 01.07.2013 produced at Annexure-A to the writ petition.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent

that, the petitioner has not challenged the Original Order / Award passed by the Competent Authority.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition is not maintainable. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to challenge the Original Order/Award passed by the Competent Authority, if so advised.
