The Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs;

a) Call for records from the respondents;

b) Issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondent herein to consider the representation dated 27.03.2026 (Annexure-P) made by the petitioner, in the interest of justice and equity.

c) Pass any other Order, including the costs of this Writ Petition, in the interest of justice and equity.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the interest of the petitioner would be protected, if the respondents were directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 27.03.2026 in a timebound manner.

Learned counsel for the Respondent submits that the said representation will be considered within a period of two weeks from now.
