That the petitioner above named herewith submits that, the petitioner had challenged the possession notice dated 2/5/2023 issued by the respondent bank, however during pendency of the matter the loan account is regularized by the Petitioner and further the respondent bank also instructed the Petitioner to withdraw the above WP filed by the Petitioner.

Wherefore, the petitioner prays that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to order by dispose the above writ petition as infructuous, in the interest of justice and equity."
