"The undersigned counsel appearing for the petitioner respectfully submits that, the petitioner does not intend to prosecute the above writ petition in its present form and accordingly seeks permission of this Hon’ble Court to withdraw the above writ petition, with liberty to avail such other remedy/proceedings as may be available to the petitioner in law.
