In this petition, petitioner seeks the following reliefs:

Senior Civil Judge at Nelamangala to dispose off IAs No.5 and 6 as per Annexures C & D in the above suit OS No.264/2018 forthwith without granting further time to respondents No.1 to 4 herein as sufficient time is already granted to them to file objections;

said applications and in view of urgency, petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition seeking appropriate directions to the Trial Court in the suit in O.S.No.264/2018, which currently stands posted on 14.01.2026.
