After arguing the matter for some time, learned

counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition and files a memo to that effect which reads as under;

“Memo for Withdrawal

Herein the counsel for the Petitioner humbly submits the memo as under;

As that the above petition is filed seeking direction to the reference court to dispose off the reference as per the Judgment passed by same court.

After arguing the matter for sometime, the petitioner seeking that such petition may not be entertained, withdraws the petition with liberty to exhaust his remedy elsewhere. Hence, the petitioner humbly request the Hon’ble Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the same and pray the court to dispose off the petition as withdrawn.
