ORAL ORDER

The case of the petitioner is that, he is the owner of the property which is the subject matter of the writ petition. That the said land has been notified for acquisition for Greater Bengaluru Integrated Township purposes and a preliminary notification has been issued in this regard. The petitioner is desirous of alienating the property. However, as per the provisions of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (for short 'the Act'), there is a bar on the same and he can alienate the same only with the permission of respondent nos.2 and 3 as per Section 11(4) of the Act. As there has been no action initiated upon his representations, the present writ petition is filed with a prayer to direct the authorities concerned to consider his application in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for respondent no.2 and the learned AGA together submit that they will consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders thereafter.

are directed to consider the request of the petitioner in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders thereafter within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order.
