The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider his representations dated 28.03.2025 in Annexure-C, C1 and C2 which are stated to be pending without consideration.

The grievance of the petitioner is that despite

submitting the aforesaid representations in the month of March-2025, no action has been taken by the concerned authorities till date.

Smt.Nandini B. Somapur learned Additional Government Advocate submits that the representations of the petitioner shall be considered within a reasonable time and in accordance with law.

Having regard to the limited grievance urged by the petitioner regarding non consideration of his
