"The Petitioner most respectfully submits that, during the pendency of the above writ petition, the Bharat Petroleum dealership has been allotted to another person. Consequently, the relief sought in the present writ petition has become in fructuous. Therefore, the Petitioner humbly prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the Petitioner to withdraw the above writ petition as having become in fructuous, in the interest of justice and equity."
