The present writ petition is filed seeking the following

i. Call for records in OS.No.9126/2025 on the file of City Civil & Sessions Judge CCH-8 at Bangalore and allow the IA.No.3 vide Annexure-C and issue an Adinterim Injunction restraining the respondent herein from interfering with the electricity connection of the suit schedule property.

ii. Grant such other order or relief as this Hon’ble Court deems fit to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity
