The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayers:

“a. Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent No.1 to 3 to handover the investigation from the respondent No.4 and hand over the same some other investigating agency or officer not below rank of the Superintendent of Police or directing the respondent No.3 to conduct the investigation in Crime No.124/2024 u/s 302 of IPC on the file of the Sandur Police Station Sandur in Ballari district vide Annexure-A and B.

b. Issue such other appropriate writ, order or directions as this Hon’ble deem fit in circumstances of the case.”

investigation is completed and charge is filed against the petitioner in CC No.863/2025. Hence, the relief sought by the petitioner does not survive for consideration.
