The present writ petition is filed seeking the following

“a. Issue a Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of a mandamus to the Respondent to release the Petitioner on "GENERAL PAROLE" for the purpose of enabling the Petitioner to get advancement treatment as per the report of the Jail Hospital produced as ANNEXURE- C for a period of 90 days.

b. Pass such other directions/orders as this Honb'le Court feels it fit and appropriate considering the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity.”
