The present intra Court appeal has been filed impugning the judgment and order dated 27.06.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.13154/2024 (KLR-RES) filed by the respondents herein.

Sri. M.N. Sudev Hegde, learned AGA submits that the

issue involved in the present writ appeal is similar to the one involved in W.A.No.485/2026 (KLR-RR/SUR), which

has been disposed off vide order dated 09.04.2026 and hence the present writ appeal may also be disposed of in terms of the said order.

Accordingly, in terms of the order dated 09.04.2026 passed by this Court in W.A.No.485/2026, the present writ appeal is also disposed of with the following directions:-

a. We direct the respondent Nos.1 to 3 herein to produce the records pertaining to their ownership

in respect of the lands in question and make
