This intra Court appeal has been filed impugning the order dated 13.02.2025 passed by the writ Court in W.P. No.24021/2016.

In respect of the land in question, the appellant has filed a suit for declaration in O.S. No.286/2016. The learned single Judge has disposed of the writ petition with the observation that if the appellant succeeded in O.S. No.286/2016 filed by him, the authorities would be bound by the said decree and make entries accordingly.

We find no reason to interfere with the impugned order passed by the learned single Judge. However, we direct the revenue authorities to make an endorsement against the revenue entries in the revenue records regarding the order passed by the writ Court that the revenue entries are subject to the outcome of the suit in O.S. No.286/2016.

Writ appeal is disposed of.
