The present intra Court appeal has been filed against the

judgment and order dated 30.01.2025 passed in W.P.No.14388/2023 and connected writ petitions.

We have already disposed of a writ appeal against

the said judgment and order in W.A.No.338/2025.

Paragraph 6 and 7 of the said judgment reads as

under:

6. We do not find any substance in the submission advanced by the learned counsel for the appellant for accommodating the appellant against the vacant post, for which the advertisement has been issued by the Assembly on 25.10.2024.

7. In view thereof we dispose of this appeal with a direction to the 1^st respondent not to disturb the appellant till freshly selected candidate joins against the vacant post, wherein the appellant is working.

We, therefore, dispose of this writ appeal in terms

of the judgment dated 27.11.2025 passed in W.A.No.338/2025.
