ORAL JUDGMENT

There is no representation on behalf of the

appellant. Even on the previous date of hearing, there was no representation. This Court had imposed a cost of Rs.500/- and to rectify the objections by its order dated 20.02.2024. The matter was listed in the year 2024 for rectification of the objections raised by the registry after granting three times adjournments. Thereafter, the matter has been adjourned time and again. Despite granting five to six times adjournment, there is no compliance with regard to rectification of the objections raised by the registry and on 14.01.2026 this Court imposed cost of Rs.2,000/- and to rectify the objections. The same is not paid, nor or the objections are rectified. It appears that the appellant is not interested in continuing with this matter. Hence, this appeal is dismissed for non-

prosecution.
