Kinagi, J.) dealt with RSA No.1561/2022 filed under Section 100 CPC and RSA.CROB No.19/2022 filed under Order 41 Rule 22 CPC, both directed against the judgment and decree dated 24.08.2022 in RA.No.60/2019 (VII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru Rural District, Bengaluru), which had dismissed the first appeal and confirmed the judgment and decree dated 24.11.2018 in OS No.603/2007 (Principal Senior Civil Judge, Bengaluru Rural District, Bengaluru). The appellants and the respondents are present

before the Court. The parties are identified by their respective learned counsel.

Learned counsel for the parties have filed a

memo for withdrawal of the appeal and cross objection, which reads as follows:

In RSA.No.1561/2022

With the consent of the appellants, the 1^st respondent, and respondent No.2 to 4 and the subsequent purchaser, the parties have entered into a compromise on 10.02.2026. The said compromise was entered in O.S.No.1477/2020, filed by respondent No.1 herein against respondent Nos.2 to 4 and subsequent purchaser currently on the file of the 2^nd Additional Senior Civil Judge, Bengaluru Rural District, Bengaluru.

In view of the aforementioned settlement reached between the parties out of Court, the appellants do not wish to prosecute the above-titled appeal.

In view of the aforementioned settlement reached between the parties out of Court, the appellants do not wish to prosecute the above titled appeal. The appellants and the respondents No.1 to 5 have signed this memo in confirmation of the compromise entered.
