Learned counsel for the appellant has filed a memo

dated 03.01.2026 seeking leave of the Court to withdraw

the appeal as the matter is settled in the Lok-adalath. He also submits that he has also filed a memo for refund of Court fee.

We have perused both the memos.

Memo for withdrawal reads as under:

"The Appellant above named most respectfully submits as follows:

1. That the Appellant has filed the present Regular First Appeal before the High Court of Karnataka.

2. That upon reconsideration of the matter and the matter is settled in lok adalath, the Appellant does not wish to prosecute the above Regular First Appeal any further.

3. That the Appellant therefore seeks permission of this Hon'ble Court to withdraw the above Regular First Appeal as not pressed.
