“The appellant department communicated by vide Letter Dt.15-12-2025, No.W.148/SBCMYS/SN/II/40/13/MFA/7865/2022 by informing that the matter has been settled with the Land Owner and no need to continue the case. Hence instructed to withdraw the above case and seek for refund of the court fees. Hence submitting this Memo.

Therefore this Hon'ble court may kindly permit the appellant to withdraw the above case and pass an order by directing the registry to Re-fund the Court fees in the interest of justice and equity.”
