This appeal is filed by the appellant under Section 30(1)(a) of W.C. Act, challenging the judgment and award dated 20.04.2015 passed in E.C.A.No.137/2014 on the file of the XVIII Additional Judge, Court of Small Causes, Member, MACT-4, Bengaluru.

This appeal is filed in the year 2015 itself. But there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. Accordingly, the matter was listed under the caption “For Dismissal” on 31.01.2026. On 10.02.2026, learned counsel for the appellant requested time to verify the records and the matter was adjourned under the same caption and it is posted today.
