“The undersigned counsel appearing for the appellant respectfully submits that, the appellant herein had satisfied and paid entire award amount with accrued interest to the first respondent herein, in Execution Petition No.93/2023. In this regard, the L.R.s of first respondent herein has filed a memo sought for dismissal of Execution Petition No.93/2023, accordingly the Hon'ble execution court has closed the said petition, vide order dated 13.12.2025. Hence, the above named appellant informed me to withdrawal of the above appeal as not pressed. Hence, I filed this memo. The copy of the order passed in Ex.No.93/2023 and case status through computer generated copy is herewith produced for kind perusal of this Hon'ble court. Hence, this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to permit the appellant to withdrawal the above appeal as not pressed and this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to dismiss the above appeal as not pressed, in the ends of justice.”
