This petition is filed assailing the order dated 30.01.2023 in H.R.C. No.2/2018 on the file of I Additional Civil Judge, Tumakuru.

In terms of the said order passed under Section 27(1) (a) & (r) of the Karnataka Rent Act, 1999, the petitioner's prayer for recovery of possession is allowed. The prayer for recovery of arrears of rent of Rs.7200/- is rejected.
