In the order dated 13.12.2025 before Lok-Adalath, the parties have resolved their dispute and agreed to settle the matter for a sum of Rs.21,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty One Lakhs only) in full and final settlement as against the amount of Rs.63,36,000/- (Rupees Sixty Three Lakhs and Thirty Six Thousands only).

On 18.12.2025, the petitioners have paid a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) to the respondents through Demand Draft dated 16.12.2025. The matter was adjourned for further compliance. Accordingly, learned Counsel for the petitioners has today filed a memo furnishing copies of two Demand Drafts in a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) and Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupess One Lakh only).

Learned Counsel for the respondents No.3 and 4, in the presence of the respondents admits that the petitioners have handed over two Demand Drafts to respondents No.3 and 4 and the said respondents having received the Demand Drafts, report compliance.

In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition
