The present Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning order dated 04.06.2026 passed on I.A.No.1 under Order XXXIX Rule 1 and 2 of the CPC in O.S.No.324/2026 by I Addl. City Civil and Sessions Judge at Bengaluru. The office has raised an objection regarding maintainability.
