The present Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning order dated 04.07.2026 passed in OS.No.152/2021 under Order VII Rule 11 (a)(b) and (d) of CPC, on the file of the Additional Senior Civil Judge and JMFC., Doddaballapura, whereby the application stands allowed in part. The plaint stands rejected as having no cause and being barred by law. Office is directed to draw decree accordingly.

The office has taken an objection with regard to maintainability under Section 115 of CPC. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The impugned order is passed on 04.07.2026 and the CRP is filed on 07.09.2026. Accordingly, this Court is passing the following:

i. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn , giving liberty
