ORAL ORDER

The petitioner and respondent are present before the Court and so also their respective counsels.

Learned counsel for both the parties have filed a joint memo, wherein the petitioner has agreed to pay convicted amount of Rs.11,90,000/-. Out of which, the petitioner has deposited an amount of Rs.2,40,000/- before the Court and the same has already been withdrawn by the respondent/complainant. The respondent/complainant has also deposited an amount of Rs.3,60,000/- as ordered by this Court by way of Demand Draft and the balance amount payable is Rs.5,90,000/- which will be paid in 7 installments as agreed by the respondent/complainant in terms of the joint memo. The petitioner has already paid an amount of Rs.50,000/- today by way of UPI and agreed to pay Rs.50,000/- each in 5 installments every month on 23^rd and the balance amount of Rs.2,90,000/- would be paid on 31.12.2026 which is the last installment.
