This Court had earlier heard the matter and even dictated some portion of the order and at that juncture, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner made the submission that going to settle the matter.

2. Today the matter is settled for an amount of Rs.5,25,000/-. The revision petitioner has already deposited an amount of Rs.3,00,000/-, inclusive of the fine amount of Rs.7,500/-, before the Trial Court. Out of Rs.3,00,000/-, the Trial Court is directed to release an amount of Rs.2,92,500/- in favour of the respondent/complainant, on proper identification. Today the revision petitioner has made the payment of Rs.2,32,500/- and the same is towards the full and final settlement.

3. In view of the settlement arrived between the parties, these two revision petitions are disposed of. The revision petitioner/accused is acquitted for the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. The revision petitioner is directed to deposit the amount of
