The accused is before this Court in this revision petition filed under Section 397 of Cr.P.C, with a prayer to set aside the judgment and order of conviction and sentence passed by the Court of XVI Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bengaluru City in C.C.No.3227/2017 dated 06.08.2019 and the judgment and order passed by the Court of LXVIII Addl. City civil and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru City in Crl.A.No.1937/2019 dated 20.07.2022.

Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled. The petitioner has already deposited the entire fine amount before the Trial Court and the respondent may be permitted to withdraw the said amount.

In view of the settlement arrived between the parties a memo to the said effect has been filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Even learned counsel for the respondent has filed a memo on 25.03.2024 stating that the petitioner has deposited the ntire fine amount in C.C.No.3227/2017 before the Trial Court.
