In this petition, the prayer is sought for quashing the FIR in Crime No.141/2019 dated 19.11.2019 registered by the Yelandur police station, Yelandur Circle, Chamrajanagar district vide Annexure-F.

This matter is of the year 2019. This matter is called twice and none appears for the petitioner.

On 23.06.2026 also, none appears for the petitioner. On 14.07.2026, this Court made an observation that since sufficient time of more than 6½ years has been elapsed and again time is sought and further 2 weeks time was granted on payment of cost of Rs.10,000/-. When the matter was listed on 03.08.2026, learned High Court Government Pleader submits that copy of Gazette Notification as per Order dated 11.12.2019 is secured and directed to produce the same along
