After arguing the matter for some time, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the petition and avail of the remedy of filing of discharge before the appropriate forum.

Plethora of documents are sought to be placed before this Court. Therefore, I deem it appropriate to direct the petitioner to place it before the concerned Court while filing an application seeking discharge. The concerned Court will consider those documents and pass necessary orders in accordance with law within the power available under Section 239 of the Cr.P.C. The petitioner is at liberty to avail the remedy of filing a discharge.

With the aforesaid observations, the petition is disposed.
