Accused No.1 in S.C.No.1485/2025 pending before the Court of LX Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru (CCH-61), Bengaluru, arising out of Crime No.284/2025 registered by Rajagopalanagara Police Station, Bengaluru City, for the offence punishable under Sections 109, 190, 103(1), 351(2), 351(3), and 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, read with Section 25(1B)(B) of the Arms Act, 1959, is before this Court in this petition filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking regular bail.

Perusal of the record would go to show that

charge sheet in the present case is filed in the month of October 2025. Petitioner had earlier approached this

Court in Criminal Petition No.3000/2026 which was dismissed by this Court on 07.04.2026. The present petition is filed on 11.05.2026 i.e., after a lapse of 34 days from the dismissal of his earlier bail petition. According to the petitioner, his earlier bail application was withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition before the Sessions Court. Material on record would go to show that petitioner has not approached the Sessions Court thereafter. Therefore, this Criminal Petition is dismissed with liberty to approach the Sessions Court afresh.
