The petitioner has challenged the prosecution launched against him by the respondent No.1 in C.C.No.38412/2024 pending consideration before the VII Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bengaluru for the offences punishable under Sections 74, 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of BNS.

When this petition is listed for orders, an application is filed by the petitioner under Section 528 read with Section 359(2) of BNS seeking permission to compound the offences as per the compromise entered into between them and consequently to quash the entire proceedings in C.C.No.38412/2024 pending consideration before the VII Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bengaluru for the offences

In view of the same, application filed by the petitioner under Section 528 read with Section 359(2) of BNS is allowed . The parties are permitted to compound the offences punishable under Sections 74, 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of BNS in C.C.No.38412/2024 pending consideration before the VII Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bengaluru.

Consequently, this petition is allowed . The proceedings against the petitioner in C.C.No.38412/2024 pending consideration before the VII Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bengaluru, for the offences punishable under Sections 74, 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of BNS stands compounded.
