Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following relief:

"Wherefore, petitioner most humbly prays that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to call for entire records in C.S.No.230849/2024 (South) on the file of the learned 7th Judicial Magistrate Court at Calcutta, and quash the complaint in C.S.No.230849/2024 (South) on the file of the learned 7^th Judicial Magistrate Court at Calcutta filed against the petitioner herein in the interest of justice and equity."

What has been sought is the quashing of the proceedings before the 7^th Judicial Magistrate Court at Calcutta in C.S. No. 230849/2024. This Court not having jurisdiction over the said Court, the above petition is not maintainable.

The petition is dismissed , reserving liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings before the jurisdictional Court. All pending IAs stand dismissed.
