Petitioner is before this Court calling in question the registration of a crime in Crime No.199/2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 415, 416, 420, 425, 463, 464, 465, 468, 470, 471, read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard Jayasimha K.P., learned counsel appearing

for the petitioner, Sri.B.N.Jagadeesha, learned Addl. SPP appearing for the respondent-State and have perused the material on record.

The history to the case is a lurking dispute between the parties in O.S.No.4144/2015 and later in R.F.A.No.1067/2019 in which the petitioner has become successful. A private complaint comes to be registered on 05.03.2022 on an issue which is purely civil in nature.

report. In the normal circumstance, such crimes would not be permitted to be investigated into, but the State has now filed a 'B' report. Therefore, the concerned Court shall answer the 'B' report within an outer limit of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. In the event, concerned Court would take cognizance of the offences after accepting the protest memo, the petitioner is at liberty to knock at the doors of this Court, yet again.

Ordered accordingly and Criminal Petition is disposed .
