"The Accused respectfully submits as follows:
1. That the Accused has filed a bail application in the above case under Section 482 of BNSS which is pending consideration before this Hon'ble Court.
2. That subsequent to the filing of the said bail application, there is a change in circumstances, inasmuch as the investigating Agency has now filed the charge sheet in the above case.
3. That in view of the filing of the charge sheet, the Accused intends to file a fresh
