The above Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crl. Misc. No. 1349/2024 pending before the Hon'ble Principal Civil Judge and JMFC, Chintamani, Chikkaballapur District.

It is respectfully submitted that during the pendency of the present Criminal Petition, the parties have amicably settled their disputes before the Trial Courts.

It is submitted that the matter in Crl. Misc. No. 1349/2024 on the file of the Principal Civil Judge and JMFC, Chintamani, and M.C. No. 14/2025 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Chintamani, has been settled between the Petitioners and the Respondent on 12.02.2026.

In view of the said settlement arrived at between the parties, the present Criminal Petition does not survive for consideration.
