"The undersigned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that, after filing of the above petition, at the intervention of members of KMC, the matter is likely to be settled between the Petitioner and the respondent No.2. The respondent No.2 has intimated the KMC members if the above case is withdrawn, then he will settle the dispute between them.

Wherefore the Petitioner prays that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Petitioner to withdraw the above case as not pressed with a liberty to file fresh petition if the matter is not settled, in the interest of justice."
