The counsel for petitioner filling this memo stating that he has filed an petition under section 482 of Cr. P. C, for quashing of proceedings in S C No. 1127/2015 and filing this petition it was came to the knowledge of counsel that already a quashing petition has been filed and same is disposed off in Crl pet No. 2398/2022 and disposed on 09.07.2024. Hence it is just and necessary to withdraw this petition, counsel seeks permission of this Hon'ble court to withdraw the same and this memo is for the kind perusal of this Hon'ble court and same may be taken on record in the interest of justice in the interest of justice. "
