The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs;

a. Set aside the order dated 07.01.2025 passed in Crl.A No.4/2025 pending before the LV Addl. CC and SJ CCH-56 Bengaluru at Annexure-A in respect of the orders are concerned as void and bad in law.

b. Pass such other orders as this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the interest of justice and equity.
